Default Correct mileage

Ok so I have been calculating MPG by had at most fillups but I know I am off due to the fact I have 315/75's with no speedo correction. So I was wondering if anyone knows what I could use to calculate it to get a more correct MPG?

If you find the circumference of the 315 and divide by the circumference of the stock tire it will give you the factor to multiply your mileage by.
OR
You can go to a marked section of highway and see how far off your odometer is. (eg. 0.9 miles odometer for a marked mile would mean that you should add 10% to your mileage.
