i have a spool in the mirada, and its a pain in the *** to manuever around the pits, especially if im in a tight spot and have to make a tight turn, like getting it onto the trailer in gravel...

i cant do burnouts, only in heavy rain even brake torqueing it. my trucks retarded[:'(]
Damn. I can't keep mine straight when the roads get wet. Even today the roads were dry but my tires were wet and when I pulled into traffic and hit it my tires broke loose.

Anyway, to get back on track; Have you looked into a powertrax no-slip? Mine won't be in the truck until next tuesday so I don't have any first hand experience yet.

Yeah it will make noise when turning , yeah it will want to push the truck straight while turning , but for hauling and towing ?? i never heard of such thing that its bad... i never had any issue with mine..

Some chevys going years back up to now come from factory with the D locker , never heard people bitch about towing or hauling..

Down side if you have a nice yard it will rip it up..

And no neon you dont want one , talk about bitching..lol.

Amandas ram roasts the stock tires...i had to put DRs on it to get any traction at the track.

Lockers are gonna ratchet on turns, but I've got a couple hunting buddies have 'em in the rear of their 4x4s with TruTracs in the front. But they swear by that setup. However, these guys are primarily south Ga. farmers and primarily use their trucks for work around the farm and weekend play.
That's a thought, what about the TruTrac back there?
