Default Lack of horsepower! V10

My truck stats are below on my signature. I'm not sure what to look for or what to change to increase my horsepower. Right now the truck has a very hard time getting up to speed.
It has a cold air intake, a throttle body spacer, a magnaflow magnapack exhaust, 4.56 gears and thats pretty much it. Not sure what the weight is now with the 36" tires on it.

For a v10 it seems really weak. What do I do or where do I look next?

Well, first of all, I hope you aren't trying to race around. 36" tires are big, even with your 4.56 gears. You have to pick what you want... a racer or an off-road beast. You can't have both.

If you do a search here on the forums, you'll find that the throttle body spacer does absolutely nothing for our port injected trucks. If it was TB injected, it might help, but they aren't, so it doesn't. If you really want to do something with the TB, get a Fastman. He makes them for the V10:

Have you tried doing a tune-up? Performance wires, new distributor cap and rotor, for examples? What spark plugs are you using? These are all tiny things, but they can all help you bit by bit. Get enough bits, and you get a lot.

Just my two cents.

I'm thinking restricted exhaust. Does it still have the original catalytic converter?
A fuel pressure test would be a good idea too.

Could be a fuel problem or a clogged cat: I would also look at plugs and wires. I'm not sure what your definition of weak is but the V10 is not really meant for a great 0-60, but it will townearly anything.

It tows without a problem but my problem is theres no umf. Seems like I have to floor it to get it to move. I going to change my exhaust to something a little quieter the magnapaks are way too loud when I get on it and they don't really sound like a good kind of loud, more like broken tailpipe sound.
