Default Swapping for carb?

i want to swap my 1999 dodge ram 1500 sport 2wd 318 5.2l fuel injected tocarb, because i need a new computer for my truck and i always wanted to go carb, so i figure i can do all my carb swap and stuff for bout the same price as a new computer and re tuning and labor and crap, my question is can i actually do this with my stock tranny, im not sure if my tranny is driven electronically or if its just the sensors. sorry if this is a retarded question and thanks to every one in advance

Why would you want do that? You'll lose power and get worse gas mileage.

A carburator is just a controlled fuel leak
