Default no start

I am working on a no start problem. 96 2500 5.9 auto 4x4.I have no power to engage the starter relay in the pdc. Besides the ignition switch and neutral safety switch, would anything else stop that. I am also digging thru the service manual to sort out the wiring. I jumped the starter solenoid to the battery and it fired up,ran for about 30 seconds and quit. Now if I jump to the solenoid it will crank but no fire. I still have to verify good grounds off of the pcm yet.

when you turn the key on you should hear the fuel pump prime the fuel rail for about 2 seconds... if you didnt hear that then that would explain why it wont start now after already running. I would check the power in the fuse/relay box to ensure your getting the 12v needed to run everything.

It could be the ignition switch! I just worked on a car the other day that did the same thing and it was the switch. But like steve says check the fuses and relays and also check all the wiring too.
