hey guys, lookin get rid of my axle with drum brakes.. they are really getting on my last nerves.... is there any rams that came with disc brakes from the factory? if there is.. would it be a direct swap? right noe i think i have a 9.25 rear with 4.10 LS... thanks

 

Some of the 01's came with rear disc. If yours is older then you need to make sure the abs sensor plug is the same. Ihave no idea if they are, sorry.The gearing? You may get lucky and find one the same but more than likely you will be swapping. It may just be easier to get a conversion kit. I have looked around and found they are about the same price as buying a used axle. Believe it would be less work too.
