I had a problem with the first set of donut gaskets (the ones that come with the headers). I ended up having to replace it on one side. But after that, I have not had any problems. I think the first one that I installed that I had to replace got damaged during the install.

When I took off my headers to install these new ones, the donut gaskets still looked perfect. So I'd say use them, just be careful with them during the install.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to send back the Ti-Techs for the silver ceramics.

They stop at '99, not sure what was changed to make the truck different. I know the PCV setup was flipped, but I don't see how that matters for the headers.
it's the different cat design that the '00-'01 models have compared to the '94-'99's

ahh, so those must be mid length headers that go into the dual in/single out cat.
