Are you trying to get rid of a rough idle or misfire? Or did cleaning the TB correct the problem? Just curious because I'm about to clean my TB to try and get rid of a rough idle condition.

Get the engine hot and slowly pour it down the throttle body.
Shut the engine off and pour the last 10th of the can down and let it soak for a few hours.
Then take it for a drive on the highway and do some WOT bursts in 2nd gear (drive it hard) to blow out the carbon.

Seafom is O2 and converter safe.

You can also suck in in the PCV or brake booster if you like but I like to pour it directly down the throttlebody and IAC port to help clean those at the same time.
