Are you moving when you hear the noise or sitting still and turning the wheel?
Are you in 2h or 4h or 4l?
Do you have a lift?
Is it just one click as opposed to several or a clunk?
Do you feel it or only hear it?

Have you ever replaced your track bar? Have you checked all of your steering joints? Have you tried to move the intermediate steering shaft from under the hood? Is there a lot of play in your steering wheel? Do you have wheel spacers?

yes track bar is new, steering joints all seem fine, ye i tried to move the steering joint under the hood and there is no play, and there is no play in my steering wheel, when i touch it a little my wheels turn so there is 0% play, no wheel spacers

Got me stumped. Take a really really good look around all of the frame mounting points for the steering box, spring hangers, etc. Make sure nothing is cracked. Maybe something in the steering box. See if you can get someone to help you. Have them turn the wheel with it in Park and put your hand on different things to see if you can feel the click somewhere.

Maybe a bad tooth in the box but that seems unlikely to me.

Change your wheel u-joints. I know you checked them but if you didn't pull them apart you don't know for sure. Mine looked fine and had no play in them but once they were apart the grease was gone and they were full of rust(shot)
