In case I need a new set of heads, what are the best sources? Should I go with Mopar R/Ts, aftermarket, etc?

as cheesy as it sounds, you can search ebay also for a set, depending if you want to go back to stock, or aftermarket. I recently got a set of cast replacements on ebay for $525 shipped, and have had great luck with them.

Thanks to all for your links and suggestions. If I'm going to do this, I might as well slap some headers on there too! The Hugh's Iron Rams look interesting.
