anybody got any ideas for mounting a cb radio in a 98 dodge ram i can not find any where to put it.

 

I mounted mine right behind the drivers seat as close to the center arm rest when it is up. I just drape the mic over the seat when I use it. I have a regular cab though.

 

how does that work what did you screw it in to.

 

Ugh, there goes my reply. To the raised piece that goes across the back of the cab. I'll have to take pictures to show you.

its too bad the forum is broken and the search function doesn't work. there's a lot of great pics scattered around in the 2nd gen section. if you've got the time, you can manually scroll back through about a million of them.

here's one thread that includes several pics. mine is mounted on the floorboard in front of the middle seat. BB-29 Bubba Bracket for the cobra29. i bolted it through the floorboard.
