Default 2001 Dodge 1500 360cu 4x4 OD solinoid

I have a 2001 Dodge 1500 SPORT and sometimes going up a small hill or when the motor is about to lug the truck seems to go in and out of overdrive very fast about 4-5 times... at least that is what seems like is happening. This only happends when I am using minimal throttle or sometimes when the cruise is on. I thought maybe it was fuel relaited at first but it does not 'seem' to occur when I disable the OD by pushing the button but I am not 100% sure. Is there something else I can check to determine the problem? could it be some kind of OD solinoid malfunction?? My check engine light is not on so I guess their are no codes to read correct??

Thanks

Thanks, I looseded the mounting screws and moved it a little and now the truck seems to run great. Even holds 3rd gear a little longer (seems more normal). I think moving it changed the voltage just enough. Thanks

Well moving the solinoid did not work 100%... but changing my 73K spark plugs to a new set of Champions seems to have solved it... Because I was doing some testing and gound I still had the problem even when not in OD!!! I pulled the spark plugs and tha gap was way out to around .050 and the electrods looked worn. So anyway changing the spark plugs seems to have solved it for now....
