i need a good programmer to benifit on my bolt ons. and i dont want too pay out the butt, is this a good one

or do you guys think the new superchips being avertised would be better ?? i heard of thee mopar pcm but exspensive and where do you find that at. im thinking of either superchips or hypertech ????
