I'll believe it when I see it. They told me the same thing over a year ago. They'll be the only ones with a protective cover (versus a guard) if they ever come out with one.

These are the best I ever found.

 

But now we have Mr Dan's phone number.
If they don't come out with one soon, I'll probably get the full spider. Maybe the half. Not sure how well it would hold up.

 

I'm of the mind set that an aluminum cover with a guard over it is a better way to go. You get the cooling benefits of the alum cover with the protection from the gaurd.
