Default 1995, don't they exist?

Ok, i've done lots of searching, i'm not your average n00b.... ANYWAYS

I just baught a 95' 1500, reg, short, 318, 5speed 4X4... I've looked to see what gearing comes in the earlier 2nd gen's and what not...

Also this thing sits higher than a stock 1500 (approx 2 inches), and apparenlty has never been lifted. I was told that it was the offroad package, but everything i've read on here tells me that the offroad package didn't exist til the the newer 2nd gens'... Can someone please explain to me, what I should be expecting, about this mysterious offroad package (no badging for it, could've been removed), and if you have any other information for me, please let me know. Thanks much guys, looking forward to your responses...

Forgot to add, it has 16" rims....

MATT

Well, if it has 16" stock rims, its not an Off-Road edition. I believe the Off-Road editions came with 17" wheels. Someone correct me on that if I'm mistaken.

How do you know a previous owner didn't lift it?

Stupid forum, not letting me post more than sampling of words. I've almost reached my limit of patience.

idk how or why they are lifted, but my 95 reg cab, long box 318, 4x4, has about 4" over stock 4wd's so i guess someone b4 could have lifted, but the blocks in the back look original so maybe some limited production of ones with more lift?

Offroad editions were only offered in 2000 and 2001.
