Default rolling rockers?

Was just wondering which rockers I should get(brand) i know i need 1.7and if anyone has had any problems with piston-to-valve clearance. Also should i invest inadjustable rockers or non adjustable. I plan on doing a complete rebuild down the road once i get a crane and garage at my future AF base. So idk if i want adjustables or not.

I dont know, but I want to put in a mild cam, leave the rollers alone, but dont know if I have to adjust timing, I think the sound of a cam is where its at, summit has just about anything for our trucks, so maybe you should talk to there people, just a thought.

1.7 will help give you some more low to mid power, but if your going to put in a more agressive cam with your rebuild you might want to stick with 1.6 rr. just my 2 cents. I've heard good things about Harland Sharp; good quality at an affordable price.

HS rockers are the way to go. One of my favorite mods.

Gotcha. I'd say if your looking for some cheaper fun now stick with the non-adjustables. Nice hood scoop by the way.

call John Mercedes at www.southeastrt.com

he saved me about $50 over the next cheapest guy. He doesn't post prices on the web.

I love the HS 1.7's. Noticeable performance difference in the low to mid range for me. No clearance issues at all. Also, a great mod for towing.
