I'd guess anywhere from 10-14mpg. Not often you hear of one getting better than that. I get around 12mpg if I drive really easy mixed driving. Usually it's somewhere around 11-13. I have seen 13 several times but that's really easy driving. I've seen higher but it seems to be a fluke and seems to be highway with me being super duper easy on it. Now that's a 4wd with 33"s and 4.10 gears but I don't imagine many would get that much better and from what I've heard people saying they get most get about the same I do.

I was getting 16-18 highway when everything was working right, but that was driving easy at 55-60 mph and not stomping on it at every stop and go light or stop sign. Than I realized that I got pipes on my truck so I may as well share them with the world, lol foot to the floor baby!

Thats a 4x4 with a 5.2 and the 5 speed stick, 3.70 gears, and 265/75 tires

3.70 gears? Thats an odd gear size, isn't it? Never heard of a 2nd Gen Ram 1500 with 3.70 gears, almost always 3.55, 3.92, or 4.10. Where did you get them?

dont get the v6 is all i can say, its like a 3 legged hog, it takes just as much to go as the others, but cant quite go the same as its 4 legged siblings. and babying it I can work out 16-17 with my 285's, and 3.55 gears. and yeah, 3.70 does sound off....
