Question Wht does this number tell me

There is a long number on the drivers side of my tranny on my Ram 1500 and I need to know wht does i t tell me . Im trying to find wht kind of tranny (reg or heavy duty) I have . When I purchased the truck I was told it had a heavy duty tranny in it and now I want to find out which one it has. The number id PF5211843125025486 . tks terry=----------tboss

Need more info. Year model,engine,4 or 2 wd, etc.It's best to put this info in your signature so everyone knows what you have when you ask a ?

Oops sorry Ram; I have a 1996 2wd. 5.9. with two tranny oil coolers. How do you enter your info into your signature? tks terry

Top lefthand corner,User CP(Control Panel).Should be a tag under the hood that tells what came with the truck.Raise the hood and look up. If it's still there, might need to be cleaned to read it.Lots of good info on it.

If that build date is correct it's not the original transmission.
