Default Offroad rim

Well in the next week or so I am finally going to be getting my new rims and tires.
dick cepek dc1 black rims, and M/T baja MTZ 33's

I can get a really good deal on 15in rims over the 17in that I was origionally planning on, but I was told these trucks cant fit 15" rims becasue their brakes are too big... Will the 15's work good for me?

Same, running 15" wheels on an 01, which is supposedly after when the brake size increased, so yeah.. it works.
