Not sure how soon I'll get it back. He was talking to somebody on the phone while I was there and he said he was working towards his motor. Not sure where mine is on the list.

!UPDATE!

Still haven't gotten my block back from the machine shop. I have been calling pretty regularly since my stang got totaled. Yesterday he finially said he was sorting through my stuff and to call today or Monday. I'll give him till Monday. Hopefully its done and I can pick it up.

I have since ordered some parts from the last post. I got my Wideband, used 1.6 HS roller rockers, a used Summit MSD box and High Voltage coil.

I plan on selling my kegger after I finish modding it with the hughes kit on it. I hope to order the new Hughes Air Gap this week . I believe I might be the first in our section. I still need the trans temp guage and sct. I gotta order bearings and a few gaskets yet as well

umm not really. I have slowly been collecting parts so no real hurry. Plus saving money and waiting on my insurance check. I'll have money left over that I'm gonna buy the intake and SCT out of.

That and its been cold. I have no problem waiting till it warms up to work outside lol

I love your air filter man. It's so much better than the stock Ram air filter. Are there any special mods you needed to get it to fit?

I've got an Edelbrock for a small block Chevy in my shop, but because the air filter mount is set back so far it doesn't fit. Where did you get yours and how did you mount it?

I got mine from pepboys. As long as you have 14X3 filter it will fit. You need to make an S bolt to get it to mount up. You may need a spacer which you can also get at pepboys. A lot of guys don't need one but I did.

Dang Beast...

I was proud of myself for getting my Intake off to replace my belly pan and thermostat... lol

I think you one upped me!

haha, good luck. It takes ***** to tear your engine apart when you don't know exactly what your doing. Im not gonna lie, I was a little apprehensive...

I should have had more faith in myself though. It really wasn't that bad. I'm pretty good with order of operations. Just gotta remember to keep track of everything.
