Again with the check eng light... WTF

Man it's like 6-7 months ago I changed the o2 sensor. Now again the light comes on. What is it every 6mo the fracken light comes on.

what's the code ? are you sure its o2 related ?
severely leaking plenum might be fouling the o2 (maybe ?) are you losing a lot of oil ?
