Default Help with very rough idle!!!

I have a 97 ram 1500 w/ the 5.2 and when i start it up in the morning it idles very rough almost to the point where it sounds like it might stall. Once it gets too rough the computer will correct it for a few seconds before it starts rough again. The plugs are good I just checked them out today. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I think your IAC needs to be cleaned or replaced.

that or take off your throttle body and clean the bores using an old toothbrush and a can of throttle body cleaner. or you could go ahead and get a FASTMAN.....
