Fastman TB, high flow catalytic converter, tune-up with new wires, rotor, cap, and plugs (if you haven't already done so), electric fan(s), a new cam or 1.7 roller rockers, MSD (or equivalent) system, higher gear ratio (most stock trucks have the 3.55; 3.90 or 4.10 or higher, depending on tire size, will help with off-the-line power).

It is alost 2AM here, so I am a bit tired. Someone else will fill in the blanks I missed, I'm sure.

i just got a 4" lift and 35's so what should i regear it to, and how hard is it to do? something i should do myself or have someone do for me. I'm pretty mechanical, and i've done everything to my truck myself so far, but i've never torn apart the rear end, and about how much does it cost to do?
also, about how much power do u get from a fastman?

If its a 4x4, you'll need two sets of gears, one for the front axle, and one for the rear. They are not cheap. Check out 4wheelparts.com or Randy's ring and pinion.

You don't get much power from the Fastman. What you get is quite a bit better acceleration, especially at highway speeds.
