The long bar with bolt horizontal in 1 end and a little tie rod type joint in the other that goes from one side to the other, I have been told that it is called the track bar ??

Question. I have no hoist just a jack and stands, what's the best way to get that bolt started ? and replacing the bar ? Any ideas from you guys would be great.

You don't need a jack , just do the bolt end first then you can just push against the bumper to move the truck side to side to line up the ball end.
