Good engine...side swiped and totaled my old dodge got another one but still have my engine from last 96 360 117,000 no smoke oil changed every 3000

Also this is what my dodge is

96 3/4 ton

5inch lift 36 inch tires
Headers are the only engine mod.
3.73 gears( i have the back 4.10 waiting to put in but am lookin to buy front yet)

looking for more power! the 4.10s will help but i need posi or a locker just waiting to find money or a good price

but what would you guys suggest to get some more power ...i guessing a chip and cold air intake

also it my last truck was a 1500 and this is a 2500 but the ride is pretty rough wondering if that was normal for 2500 or if you have any suggestions on softing it up...not a big deal but would be nice
