so do the 3/4 tons front springs fit onto a half ton? are they a much stiffer spring as well? ive got an 01 4X4

 

they fit, but the ride sucks from what guys that have tried it have told.

 

do you think they would raise the front much?

 

I believe they do a bit, but I don't think they even it out if that's what you're looking for. Skyjacker and other companies like them make leveling kits of that's what you want. That would be the way I would go. In my experience, trying to jerry-rig something to work isn't nearly as good or fulfilling as buying the correct parts and doing it right.

 

sounds like a good idea although my front end has bottomed out a lot over the years so i was thinking stiffer may be better as well but leveling is wat i want so ill look into the leveling kits

 

use the ones designed for your truck, the 2500 springs make the ride worse.
