Default Few Pics Of My Truck

I snapped a couple pictures of my truck the last time my girlfriend and I went camping. I know it's just a mostly stock 1500, but I thought it'd be cool to share with you guys. Maybe someone can help me set one up as a signature?

EDIT- Sorry the pictures are so big, I didn't realize they would be like that.

Nice looking truck. What % tint is that? Any mods other than the tint and the brush bar?

The tint was on there when I bought it, it seems to be just a hair lighter than the factory tint on the rear windows, so whatever % they are, maybe 5% lighter than that. Yeah, it's all stock except for the tint, brush guard, and I have 285/75/16's on there, instead of the dinky 245's that came with it. I'd like to maybe get a K&N air filter soon. Are they hard to install? I know the truck has the smaller V8 (5.2), and I didn't buy it to be fast, but I would like to get a little more power out of it. Any ideas for inexpensive, easy-to-install mods for a stock motor?

Are you thinking like a K&N Drop In filter or a FIPK system? Neither should be hard to install. However, another very popluar option said to be better than the FIPK but I think mostly due to the cost difference is a round air filter setup or a triangle air filter setup like the Edelbrock 1002 that I run. They are a lot cheaper and supposed to be just as good as the FIPK. I haven't tried both so can't comment. The one and only thing that would cause me to keep the stock setup is if you do a lot of mudding or anything else that gets mud in that area I think you'd be best off with a stock setup with a K&N drop in.

i had the drop in first. went and bought the whole cai.couldnt tell any difference except for the air sucking noise. if i was to do it again i wouldnt waste my money on the whole kit. havent tried the round filter setup, so cannt comment on that.

Well, I was mostly thinking just a K&N drop in filter. Something that is inexpensive, easy to put in myself, and might give me a little perforcamce boost. I didn't buy a full size truck with the smaller V8 to be fastmor get good mpg's, but hey, a little help never hurt. Thank you for the suggestions. When my tranny inevitably goes out (with 85,000 miles, I think it's a matter of when, not if), I'll be asking you about the APS line.
