Could someone tell me how to get the track bar bolt out of my 1998 Ram 1500 4x4 ??

The axle side has a bolt & flag nut. Put a wrench on the bolt & unbolt it.
Sometimes it helps to turn the wheel one way or the other too to take some stress off the side you're working on.
