Default New Shocks

I'm looking to buy new rear shocks since mine are old and one is starting to clank when i go over bumps. Any suggestions on what kind? I don't want to spend a ton of money, and I don't necessarily want the cheapest I can find (I understand the term "you get what you pay for"). Thanks for any advice.

Its a bit of personal preference. I'd take a look at Monroe shocks. I wanted a bit of off-roading performance, with mostly in town driving, and my guy at O'Reillys recommended their Gas-Magnum shocks. 01DodgeRam360 has the Monroe Reflex shocks, which are supposed to be stiffer, and he hasn't complained about them.

Trust me, if they sucked, he'd complain about them. *nudge nudge Neon*

If you replace the rears you should replace the fronts. I'm not sure if its up your alley but I put Bilstein 5100's in all the way around and I LOVE them.
