Default Solve my riddle and win a prize

3+7=84

My company is giving away prizes to the first person(s) that can solve this mathamatical riddle. The first prize is $50 and a case of Miller.

(3)+(7)=84
21=84

21/21 = 1
84/21= 4/1 = 4

X = 4? Idk, thats all I can figure.

Take the 2 "sticks" of the plus sign and put one on the side of the 3 to make an 8. Turn the 7 on it's side and flip it and use the other stick to make it into a 4.

it equals 40

84/7=12

LOL, that was pritty awesome. It was nothing but a nonsensicle math problem. No prize or riddle. Sorry to trick you. I just wanted to see what you guys would come up with. Good job though. I especially like X=40. If there were a right answer, I think it would have to be 10, with the logic being 3+7=10 and 84 is wrong.

Anyways, I sold my truck.
