Upload them to photobucket or another image hosting site and then put [img]image link here[/img]
Photobucket sometimes puts weird numbers in the link. If they do that just don't copy them. Stop after the .jpg.
To get the image link once you load them into photobucket click on them in your album to make it sort of big where it takes you to a page with just that picture. Then right click and select view image. Then the url would be your link. You should at that point see just the image on the page.
