Default steering problem

i got into an accident a while back. hit a big *** patch of ice and went into the woods at 45. not really to much damage just bumper headlights grill and two small dents in the front of the hood. my question is i drove my truck once since it happened and i had to have my steering wheel turned 90 degrees to the left to go straight. does anyone have an idea what might be causing it?

You need to adjust the drag link adjustment sleeve next to the pitman arm

It may not be bent, may have just jarred the adjusting sleeve. If everything looks straight just adjust the sleeve, otherwise you'll need to replace some linkage.
