I have a 2000 Ram 1500 with a 360 had it for 3 years now

it is draining the battery and tripping the radio and cluster A fuses. i have no gage operation and the truck will not hold an idel. batt is two weeks old have recharged it twice, alternator tests good both on the truck and bench. New batt wires and terminals looking for a short in the dash now. full tuneup was done less than 1000 miles ago. truck is not giving a check engine light. lost here need some help.

checked the ignition switch it moves from all positions
