Default Crate, Stroker, shop, confused

Alrighty I live in okc, oklahoma. My ram is messed up after the whole water throughout the engine misshap. Im burning oil like a champ and when it sits at idle it starts to hit real hard, not ping but as if it has real hard combustion(if that makes any sense) Now I have redone the intake man. gaskets flushed the engine 4 times cleaned out the tranny no oil in the TB but I am afraid the engine isn't gonna last long so! I now have an decision(since i don't have time or the will power to do the headgaskets and piston rings), i wont get jack for it if i sell it, so been looking at crate motors but have started to see that they are made for cars and not trucks not to mention their powerband is way to high in the rpms for me i need hella low end with round 390-400hp(i tow but i go on the highway without anything alot) So is there any crates out there links would be preferable or does anyone know of any shops around here that could build my motor it is fairly new with around 45-50k on it, if so any numbers or websites would be helpful.

call KRC, if you don't buy from them b/c of the price, I'm sure they would at least set you in the right direction.

That, or pull a motor from a salvage yard.

I think you will love a 408. Low rpm torque like a cummins with plenty of hp. Look at http://www.indyheads.com/. You will like what they have and it is hard to bet there prices for quality.

That looks good but i m fuel injected and really don't want to go to a carb....do they build any 360 engines for fuel injected? Also is it true those mopar crates are strictly for cars? An when you do crate engines do they require a core normally?
