i had a 2.5 level, and 3 body, for a little bit before i put on the 3" suspenion on top of all that. looked good, sat just right. u can either get 5" coil spacers, or you could get 3" lift springs and 2" spacer. i have some 2500 springs that are said to give 2-3" of lift, if u wanna buy those.

I think you need to do more research on what you're looking to do... A 3in body and a 3in suspension lift will give you 6 inches of lift without having to get longer arms or adjustable track bar, pitman, etc. If you do a 3in suspension then a leveling kit, that consists of 3in lift kit, 2-3in spacers, and that's it. You'll end up with the front 2-3in higher and steering that's not gonna steer right. Either get the body lift and suspension lift, or buy a 5in kit which will include everything you need to have proper steering and geometry. If you know what youre doing, you can piece together the 5in lift, but it probably won't be much cheaper.
