Default Starter, Battery, Engine seizing?

It seems that it's harder for my 96 RAM 4x4 360 to crank over when the engine is warm or hot but when it's cold it seems to crank over easier. It starts all the time but it seems slower when the engine is warm after driving it for a bit. I'm going to have the battery checked but I think it's good. Anyone else run into a similar situation? Any suggestions?

My $$ is on the starter. The windings get warm and don't conduct as well.

1st,.. Clean all your connections,.. Battery cables,..
ground, & positive. Clean them all. Take off the starter-lead & clean that
also. Green copper wire or breaks in the cables ain't good. Still doing it??? Test the Battery. STILL doing it???
Check the voltage out-put of the Alt. It's good?
Time to change out your Starter.
