Is it possible to pull codes from a 1999 (digital odometer)? I've tried the on-off-on-off-on thing with the key. This worked on a 2000 Cirrus and a 2000 Neon that I had, as well as my mother in law's 2001 Durango and my father in law's 2002 Ram. I assumed it would work on this as it was also a Chrysler product and also has a digital odometer. I don't have a MIL but there are some codes that don't throw one that may be of interest...

Is a scanner the only way?
