Take off the lift, run stock sized tires, replace that cat and don't use flowmaster anything.

That all will help.

For me, only at 1700 RPMs. I may steal your advice and try something different, maybe a Magnaflow, when the Flowmaster Super 44 rusts through. We shall see.

I love how the factory muffler sounds. Especially right at 1700. Good lord.

****. What's funny is that usually one or 2 people a month ask me if my exhaust is aftermarket. When this one goes though, I'm going to try out a Challenger T/A muffler.

do you really have 10 inches of lift with only 35's?!?!?! God those tires must look goofy as hell, I would have said take off the lift before you told me you had no power. I feel like my 33's look small on 2.5 inches of lift haha. And I dont think you want to go with bigger tires if you want cheap performance mods. I would say no less than a new throttle body, CAI, high flow cat, fixing anything that might be wrong right now will probably help you more than any mod can though, being a 95 you probably need to check you plenum gasket, spark plugs, spark plugh wires, distributor cap, anything that can rob power from your engine will probably rob more power than you are likely to get from cheap mods, to get enough power out of it to push anything bigger than 35's without getting a pretty big hitch in yer giddyup.
