CD Player?

i was wondering. I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 and it has the stock cassett player in it at the moment. If i went onto like Ebay or something and ordered the Stock CD player for the same generation Ram would i be able to simply unplug and unscrew the cassette player and put the CD player in?
