Spec idle rpm?

My 95 Dakota with 5.2L idles just over 650rpms.
However, my Ram idles consistantly at 610rpms per my tach and in realtime on my laptop.

So, what is the correct idle rpm?

Does anyone know the idle setpoint coded in the PCM?
Or could someone connect their scan tool/ analyzer to their truck and post the idle speed?
I think 610rpm is too low. Thanks.

my '99 5.9 seems to idle at 650 in park/neutral and about 610 in gear.
