Exclamation 95 1500 OD problems!

Ive got a 95 ram 1500 4x4...heres the scoop with it. in 01 my brother totaled it, bent the frame. my dad and i rebuilt it put a new frame and front end on it. we had the tranny rebuilt before we put it back in and ever since the tranny has never shifted into OD. its keeps throwing a (37) Torque converter clutch solenoid CKT or park/neutral switch failure code. ive checked the wiring, replaced the solenoids and the p/n switch. anyone have and idea on what i can do to make it shift into OD?

You never brought this to the attention of the person who rebuilt it? Im assuming you have some kind of warranty.

There are numerous things that could be causing this problem. Bad solenoid, bad internal harness, stuck valve, O/D circuit leak, bad external ground, etc.
