Friggin brake liner on one of the shoes broke off. That's what the problem was. And DAMMIT, I ordered those from Rock Auto, which sucks because my truck is my only vehicle and I need to have it operational before the replacements might arrive. Looks like I'm shopping local.

Wagner. I checked the passenger side and the secondary one there is breaking/cracking bad.
