what do you guys think?
to me it looks good.... on 2wd when you lift the front more than 2ish" you can't you front end allig to factory spec, that why they gave you the upper control arms,,,, so to me looks like you good to go.......... can't wait to see the after pic
I don't know why everyone is discouraging him from doing a lift on is truck. He has a 2wd, obviously if he could afford a 4wd, he'd have one, but he doesn't. He just wants to beef up what he has, there is nothing wrong with that. If you do get bigger tires, you should have it re geared though. Otherwise it's going to be more abuse on your transmission, and you will loose fuel economy and power.
There has always been an argument about lifted 2wd trucks. Especially in the midwest and back east. Out in the southwest 2wd prerunners are the hot ticket. The differance is high speed desert running in the west to deep mud and rock crawling in the east. To each there own I say. I love a lifted 2wd truck. They look sharp. But even with a lift, and bigger tires the offroad abilitys are limited to drivers skill. I say lift it, but keep a tow strap in the back. Just my 2 cents.
