Default mysterious radiator leak

Hello everyone, I have a 2001 dodge ram 1500 with a 360 cid and 97,000 miles on it with an automatic tranny. My radiator only leaks when its below 30 degrees. It leaks from the passenger side. it started last winter. I put a pressure tester on it many times and it won't show a leak. I drive 25 miles one way to work and after i park it at work or at home after work i will find a small puddle of antifreeze on the ground. It isn't much each time, maybe 8 to 10 ounces. It's driving me crazy, any thoughts on it will be appreciated. thanks.

thanks for the reply but it is definitely not the cap. it is wet at the right side (passanger side) bottom of the radiator and completely dry everywhere else.
