Default I need help from motor guys..

It all started last week,I was driving to work and as I was coming to a red light my truck died. I got it started my mashing the gas.. It sounded like crap, I limped it home by staying on the gas..No codes that morning but when I got home I had a PO123 so I bought and replaced the TPS reset the cpu, and its the same. It is running like pure crap at about 4-500 rpm's It wont die and there are no codes. I hear what I believe to be the valvetrain rattling, but I am not sure. Oh and the ONLY way to get it started is to mash on the gas while starting in it.

HELP!!!!!!!!
