well it ended up being the fuel pump =( o well.

 

how would checking the plenum gasket attribute to this problem? or the tps for that matter?

its the fuel pump. for a 94-95 psi should be 50-55 max. for 96+ its 45 psi.

magic, next time you can listen for a "whirr" at the fuel tank when the key is at ON. that is the pump priming. if you dont here that, then its bad.

 

i would allways try to but its so quite i dont hear it alot. so before i took it all apart i asked my friend to put his hand on top of it, and he could not feel anything. but yea thanks for the advice.
