Thanks jmhai, I charged battery and and retested for spark and also for fuel pressure out of the line. Still the same result. No spark and no fuel comming out.

I only changed the ECT sensor. But yesterday I did happen to but the temp guage sensor since I cracked while pulling off the wire clip doing removing the intake manifold. So I'll change that one too. And I'll try to test the one I put in last winter.

Here's the funny thing. I just put the propane space heater on the engine again and after 10 minutes I started it up. A little rough at first now runs awesome once again. I'm gonna check for a spark again and pull the fuel line to see if it squirts out gas.

Thanks for the link.

Another quick update. After starting up the and warmed it up, I rechecked for spark. Damm mother just about blew me back. The engine cranked right over and the cyclinder get firing in to my face before I could react to turn of the key. So now once it's worm up I get plenty of spark of course. Just thought it funny. Also checked for gas pressure. No problem thier either quirted real fast when I turned the key.

Cold engine, no electronics it seems. Controlled by sensor? Didn't know this could affect so many systems this way. Back out to pull coolant sensors. Had to get a beer. I'm sure many more will follow now.

The only thing that controls spark, Fuel and Temp among other things is the PCM... This is a very long shot, but 1 thing to try, next time the Van is completely cold can you just warm up the PCM to see if you have a short in the box.?

Sounds like a plan, except I don't know what it looks like or where it is. I'll have to do a search. I just tried looking and traced the harness under the hood but it only led to a bunch of 8 more prong connector harnesses. I'll keep checking. I'm just now going to check the ECT sensor with the link you provided. Thanks again. I also just back flushed my front heater core with CLR. Radiator shop recommended it to me. Said it may help me get out of another big job, I hope. As long as I had to drain the coolant a bit. Why not.

We are talking about a VAN right? If you post in the correct forum for vans, there is a guy named Alloro or some thing like that. He knows a lot about the vans and will know where the PCM is.

Thanks, I'll do that, he helped me out a lot with my plenum repair. I just tested the Temp coolant sensor and I got 0 resistance in somewhat hot water and cold. I didn't have a thermometer on hand, but I do know I can tolerate 110 120 degrees by touch So it was a bit hotter than that. Don't know what resistance the specs for this one it. But 0 can't be good. I going to have to put it back together now. It's getting too cold and it's dark. I'll research later. I remember reading another post somewhere on how to test. I deffinitely think I should test the wiring to the PCM to. My gut tells me I'm looking in the right area. Along with battery change.

I just want anyone one doing a search for future sake. My problem is fixed. And it was the ECM/PCM computer module. Once new one was in. I had spark and fuel pressure in cold temps as well as warmer temps.

Thanks to many member, especially Alloro in the Van forum for all the help I got here.
