Default Starter Noise?

Hello all. I have noticed that when I start my truck when it is cold it cranks fine but makes a buzzing/wheezing noise before turning over; it seems to be coming from the starter. I just changed the battery, cleaned the posts, changed the plugs, wires, cap and rotor. When the truck is warm, it starts fine. The truck has 150K, so I am guessing the starter might be going bad. Anyone have ideas on what do? Has anyone experienced this same problem? Thanks for your reply.

I wouldnt mess with rebuilding the starter that you have... You can get a rebuilt one at oreily's for like 30 provided you give them the old one back
I did that on mine about 5 years ago and havent had problems out of it yet

Guys, thanks for the info. Changed the starter, not a big deal. Sprayed some lube on the bolts, let them soak for a bit, and used breaker bar. Bolts came off easy. So far no more noise, which is good.
