I towed a 20,000lb two masted sailboat across the florida panhandle a couple of times with 5th wheel. I had a big argument with some guys over in the 3rd generation forum about this. They were all trying to say my V10 can't pull that much. I understand though because they have never driven a real truck. They all have their little Hemis which they beleive are all mighty... yeah.. on the highway... My uncle's Hemi struggles with a 8,000lb lobster boat and can litterally only get it up to 70mph. When I pulled it I went 95 just to make a point and that was scary!!! But I made my point. I like pulling things like junk cars.. can make some money. I pulled some stumps out of the ground which is a pain with 2wd. I pulled my brother's VW camper from NC down I-95. I put 5,000lbs of gravel in the back.. found out I have double leaf springs in the back.. pretty cool.. I will pull anything I can just to do it.. I am one of tose ppl who figures that if I have a truck I should use it and help those who don't have trucks or only have Hemis..lol

Oh yeah.
Next year we might be getting a camper(not a pop up), but I will still sleep in the tent. I like to "rough" it!

first off... there's no way you slammed 5,000lbs of stone in your truck bed... i've got double leafs as well and it starts to sqwat at about 2,000lbs.... second.... there's now way you pulled a 20,000lb 5th wheel boat at 95mph... total BS! maybe if you were driving down a mountain.. but last time I checked.. Florida is pretty flat! third... these "stumps" you pulled out must have been in sand! and last.. you're an 18year old kid driving a truck that is way too much for you..! .... and if by some chance any of the crap you said was true.. you will learn how much it costs to repair your tranny!!
I tow a 25' Outback Travel Trailer. Dry weight is approximately 5400#'s and when loaded between 6200-6400#'s. I go camping with my family 6-7 times throughout the year, mostly to the beach and the mountains.
PURPLDODGERAMITMFERS, two things, your truck tent is awesome and I want one, second, your grill insert is even more awesome, to bad the red would really offset the look of my truck or I would do something like that.
