Default need help with my dam ram

I am new to this site but I am not new to all the troubles my truck causes me. I just bought it second hand in july of this year and it broke down on me 3 times and I have spent alot more on repairs than I did on the truck. The sad thing its still not running right. I love the truck and I don't want to get rid of it but if keeps running my wallet down my wife might get rid of me. The question I have is I got gear oil leaking behind the passagers wheel what is causing this wheel bearing and axle seal?

Axle-seal. Either fix it or, make sure there is enough
gear oil in the rear end. As long as you park level it's
only gonna leak to the axle level of the pumpkin.

welcome to df ramdam. fill out your signature with your truck info. at the top of the this forum is some sticky threads, one of them contains the merry christmas service manual download - you'll want that. these trucks do require some expensive maintenance. if you do it yourself, some of its not too bad. front seals are a bitch though.

i've never seen this discussed - but would some Lucas transmission seal treatment expand the axles seals a little ?

Yea the seals are a tough job if you have not done it before. The right side is easier than the left because you don't have to remove the diff. However, the right side requires a special tool. I made one the first time I did it, but it didn't install the seal really straight. So I bought the tool and the parts from this place http://quad4x4.com/. Even comes with a video of how to do the whole job(both sides).
